The differences.
Post Covid-19 has indeed changed our view of perspective of many things in numerous ways. This has been a hard phase for everybody. The only benefitted industry had been the E-pharma industry. E-Pharma has become very convenient to use, especially in times of such pandemics when we have to isolate ourselves from the rest of the world.
Improvements required.
E-pharmacy has grown tremendously in recent years, it still has its cons. Many modern-day E-Pharma suppliers lack in some particular fields which are mostly user-centric and require huge makeovers. As a user we expect an application to deliver its best to satisfy our needs. Many E-Pharmas are region-specific and are not in reach for everyone in need. A User-Friendly user interface which can be understood and accessible.
Product Awareness is Crucial.
Many such applications do exist in today’s market which supplies the needs of the users. But are the users even aware of the medicines that they intake?. This is a question each one of us needs to ask ourselves. Do we know what the side effects are?. Awareness regarding the products that users use needs to be provided. It might be any sector product awareness is a must which helps the user even more regarding their experience with the product.
The Plight of Pharmacists.
A community pharmacy has been one of the most visited places in numerous aspects of our lives. Due to the upcoming of E-Pharmacies many people often conclude that the plight of community pharmacies is going to be down the hill. Given such circumstances, it is not advisable to visit hospitals and pharmaceutical stores. This can be resolved by the promotion of E-Pharmacies because of their solving of vivid purposes.
A Suitable Solution.
Our project mainly focusses on providing the maximum information a user needs to know before consuming their products. The project that my team and I have been developing considers all of the above-mentioned aspects and integrating them. Our project mainly helps in the growth of community pharmacists and in-store chemists. Which also ensures faster deliveries. We wanted to deliver an application that could set right all the drawbacks of the present-day applications keeping in mind the requirements of the users.
My Experience.
It has been a splendid experience in building this project up and running. We have used flutter as it is a cross-platform language and can be used in developing mobile application in both android and ios simultaneously. I personally feel that the output of the project is directly proportional to the amount of time we spent on developing it. This project helped us to explore new things, experiment and implement.
